Terms & Conditions

All quotations, proforma invoices and sales are subject to the following general terms. Specific terms (price, Incoterms, lead time, payment schedule) are stated in each proforma invoice (PI) and prevail over these general terms where they differ.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in USD, exclude customs/duties in the buyer's country, and may be FOB or CIF as stated.

2. Payment

Standard payment is by T/T bank transfer. A deposit is required to confirm the order; the balance is due before shipment (FOB) or against shipping documents (negotiated terms).

3. Lead time

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by production season, raw material availability and force majeure. We will notify you of any delay promptly.

4. Inspection

Buyers are entitled to factory inspection or third-party inspection before shipment at their own cost, or we provide inspection photos/videos on request.

5. Warranty

Machines are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal use per the agreed warranty period. Warranty covers parts; shipping cost of replacement parts is borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Warranty does not cover consumables, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

6. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
